    The Verse

King James Version (KJV): And that they should keep the charge of the tabernacle of the congregation, and the charge of the holy place, and the charge of the sons of Aaron their brethren, in the service of the house of the Lord.

New International Version (NIV): And so the Levites carried out their responsibilities for the tent of meeting, for the Holy Place and, under their relatives the descendants of Aaron, for the service of the temple of the Lord.

English Standard Version (ESV): Thus they were to keep charge of the tent of meeting and the sanctuary, and to attend to the sons of Aaron, their brothers, for the service of the house of the Lord.
